Why have a salon today?
Is it Elite? Political? Open? Anachronism?
As part of 'TURTLE - an anarchic salon by Michael H Shamberg', Salon or Seminar invites you to take part in a cultural dialogue that starts with the concept of the salon. We want to know who, what, when and where you think 'a salon' is or can be today.
Contributors:
David Blandy - artist
Gina Birch - filmmaker, songwriter
Joumana Mourad - choreographer
Sarah Sarhandi - composer and performer
Simon Field - film producer (currently working with Peter Sellars)

and

Chaired by Cecilia Wee (Resonance FM, Rational Rec)
Broadcast:
The debate is broadcast on London's art radio station Resonance FM
on Monday 31st July 7-8pm (BST): www.resonancefm.com or 104.4fm in London.
